Quick Cooking Noodle Soup for 4 persons with few ingredients

 If you want to eat a nice noodle soup, the first thing you think off is to take out a Maruchan Noodle soup, pour hot water in it and after 3 minutes you are ready to eat. 

However, if it is not just for yourself, but for 2 or more people, what do you do? You take out 2 Maruchan noodle packages and boil it in a larger pan. For 2 it could still work out, but if more it is getting more challenging. In most cases, you loose the perfectness of one package, where the soup may be too light, or the noodles too overcooked.  

But it is not that difficult to cook a nice noodle soup without too much hassle. You just need the following ingredients for a delicious soup for 4 persons:


Cook Noodle Soup


Ingredients

  • 3 blocks of beef or chicken bouillon (Knorr)
  • 250 gram of dried Noodles that cooks within 3-5 minutes
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 gram of mince meat, chopped beef, pork or chicken meat
  • 2 spoons of Cooking oil
  • Spices: 
    • Teaspoon of Pepper
    • Teaspoon of Paprika powder
    • 2 teaspoons of Curry powder


Preparation

1. Chop up the onion in small pieces and fry it in a frying pan with the spoon of oil.  
2. Take out the onion once it is starting to get slightly brown and put it on a plate. 
3. Heat again the pan with spoon of oil and fry the meat till it gets brown and cooked.
4. Once cooked, add the onions in the pan.
5. In the meantime, boil in a deep soup pan 1.5 litres of water and add and dissolve 3 bouillon blocks (assuming that it is 1 block per 0.5 liter of water) till it gets evenly mixed. Key is not to overboil the bouillon to avoid loosing its taste. Just small bubbles is hot enough, because if too hot, the bouillon dissolves and you get a creamy foam on top of it. 
6. Add the cooked meat and onion to the bouillon and add the teaspoon of pepper, paprika and curry powder. Taste the soup, it needs to be with just a little bit of spicy tasty.
7. Now add the dry uncooked noodles to the bouillon and leave it there for 3 minutes or what is required to get the noodles ready. Do not make the bouillon too hot to avoid overcooking. Just small bubbles is sufficient.
